REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICY

REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.

We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There are no refunds, unless you have received a defective product.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new, unused condition with original packaging & tags still in tact.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of said product. Shipping will not be refunded.

Restless Worldwide is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.

SHIPPING POLICY

Each item is made to order. This process usually takes about 2-5 weeks depending on the item(s) in your order. Processing time can add an additional week. Once your order is complete, you will then receive your tracking information & then your package will arrive in 1-3 business days.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight.
